The Giveaway is offered solely and directly by Chai Vision LLC, 465 Industrial Way W, Eatontown, NJ 07725 ("Sponsor"). No other company, brand, or individual is a sponsor, co-sponsor, or administrator of this Giveaway.

The Giveaway begins on July 24, 2026, at the time the official Giveaway post is published to the @lifeprousa Instagram account ("7/24/2026"), and ends on August 16, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time ("8/16/2026") (collectively, the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's database clock is the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state or territory of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry, and who have a valid, public or otherwise accessible Instagram account in good standing.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) and members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway.

During the Giveaway Period, to be entered, an individual must, via their own personal Instagram account:

• Follow @lifeprousa on Instagram.
• Like the designated Giveaway post.
• Tag one (1) other Instagram user in the comments of the Giveaway post who supports the Entrant's wellness and recovery journey.
• Leave a comment on the Giveaway post sharing a wellness habit, milestone, or personal win from the past year.

Completion of all four (4) steps above during the Giveaway Period constitutes one (1) valid entry ("Entry"). Limit one (1) Entry per person and per Instagram account, regardless of the number of comments or tags submitted. Automated entries, entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, and entries from accounts that do not comply with Instagram's own Terms of Use are void.

The tagged individual is not required to have an Instagram account and is not automatically entered into the Giveaway; only the Entrant who completes all entry steps is eligible to win.

Ten (10) winners total will be selected in three prize tiers as described in Section 6. All winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Giveaway Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, or Sponsor's designated representative, within seven (7) business days following the End Date, using a random selection method (e.g., a random number generator or comparable tool applied to the list of eligible Entries).

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Giveaway Period. Only Entries that satisfy all requirements in Section 4 and eligibility requirements in Section 3 will be included in the drawing.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Gold: $859.96; Silver: $434.98; Bronze: $144.99. Actual value may vary based on retail pricing at the time of the drawing. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of a prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Each winner is responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of a prize. Winners may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent if the value of the prize received meets applicable reporting thresholds.

Winners will be notified by direct message (DM) from the official @lifeprousa Instagram account and/or by a public comment tagging the winner's account within seven (7) business days of the drawing. Winners will be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours and may be required to provide a valid shipping address and other information to claim their prize.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time period, does not meet eligibility requirements, or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible Entries or to not award that prize.

Winners may be announced publicly on Lifepro's Instagram account and/or Stories. By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor permission to use their Instagram username, comment content, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway, or these Rules, at any time and for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected Entries, or for any technical, hardware, software, or network failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to any person's device related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway.

By entering, each Entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram/Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway (such as a shipping address collected from winners) will be used by Sponsor solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and fulfilling prizes, and will be handled in accordance with the Lifepro Privacy Policy, available at lifeprofitness.com/policies/privacy-policy.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. As a condition of participating, each Entrant agrees that any disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judgments or awards shall be limited to actual, out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees.
