A New Sensation !!

First time buying a vibration plate and first time using one too. It is really fun, short not boring, and leaves my body relaxed but energized after using it. I have only had it a few days but am enjoying it. If the stated benefits are true and this helps my bones and muscles - even in a small way... I am happy:) Easy to use. Doesn't take up too much room. Feels solid. Seems great so far!

Take it slow

My Waver Vibration Plate arrived early in the evening one week ago. I was not able to try it until later that night, after I returned home from a meeting and was ready to go to bed. I just did speed 1 for 5 minutes at 1 power. I could not fall asleep until 3:00 a.m. My physical therapist said that vibration plates fire up the body. I am 73 years old and, apparently, even the small amount I did on the vibration plate activated my body. So now I do the machine before noon. I have done it 2 times sitting down on a chair. Today I tried standing. I have poor balance because of a broken femur bone 2 years ago & a titanium rod that was put in at an angle, so I did it next to a kitchen counter and reached over to briefly steady myself when needed. I am looking forward to improving each time. My goal right now is 3 times a week.

Answer: Yes, you can absolutely use it on carpeted floors! However, we recommend placing a towel or small rug underneath the plate, as the rubber feet may leave marks on the carpet over time.
