How Rewards Work
When do my points show up?
Points are added once your order ships (marked "Fulfilled") — not at checkout. If your balance doesn't update right away, it's because your order hasn't shipped yet.
Do my points expire?
Yes — points expire 1 year (365 days) after the date you earned them, so be sure to redeem before they expire.
If I spend more than $100, do I get more than one reward?
Yes. The "Spend over $100" reward repeats — any amount you spend beyond $100 carries over toward your next $100 reward, so it's not a one-time bonus.
Who can join the rewards program?
All customers are eligible — there's no minimum tier or invite required to start earning.
