Our Story
Lifepro was born out of personal experience – the journey of two friends who faced severe ACL injuries just months apart. Frustrated by the lack of support and results from the fitness equipment they tried, they knew there had to be a better way. Lifepro was founded on the belief that no one should have to navigate their fitness journey alone.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM?
- All orders will be immediately handled.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within same day of payment; orders placed after 12 pm EST will be shipped the next day.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped out from our facility.
- Pre-sale items will ship after the date specified for each product. Standard shipping times apply to these items after they become available.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
Your order should received within 5-7 business days of your order date.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has left the warehouse (usually same day after your payment is made.) a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation. we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPTS?
We accept all credit cards as well as PayPal.
CAN I COMBINE COUPONS OR OFFERS?
Coupons cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. We can only apply one discount or coupon to an order.
IS YOUR SITE SAFE?
Of course! We use Shopify as our platform and all Shopify stores include a highly - secure 128 bit SSL certificate. On top of that, Shopify's hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant which is safe and secure as it gets.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes but please note items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must also be in perfect condition and unused in order to qualify for a return. In order to return your item simply go to this link. We do not accept exchanges.
