Returns And Refunds
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
We do not cover shipping costs for returns. However, we can provide a return label and deduct the cost from your refund for convenience.
Items must be returned with all original packaging, cords, accessories, and documentation included.
Once our Lifepro Care Specialists receive and inspect your returned product, our accounting team will initiate your refund within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with the refund details. Refunds are processed based on your original payment method.
