Very reputable company. I have several products from them and would not hesitate to buy again. This hands free belt is heavy duty and comes with an additional velcro for those who may have need. It has good red light therapy with heat and vibration which is optional to use. It helps with continues pain I have as a result of fractured disc. I use it several times a day and get relief.
