Returns:
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If ever your unit has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. We don’t cover shipping costs for returns in this case. The item that you're returning should be repackaged with all the cords, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM?
All orders will be immediately handled. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within same day of payment; orders placed after 2 pm EST will be shipped the next day.
We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped out from our facility. For pre-sale items, your order will be shipped after the in-stock date.
Except pre-sale items, which will ship after the date specified for each product. Standard shipping times apply to these items after they become available.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has left the warehouse (usually same day after your payment is made.) a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you.
