"This HexaPlate Lite is my second plate purchase. I have one for home and the lite for our camper. My father is currently using the lite plate and he loves it too. It has been amazing for his leg strength, edema and swelling, balance and energy. "We really like our vibration plate and the whole family enjoys using it. However, on the first day I was a little disappointed because we encountered an issue with the electrical connection. When the machine moved during use, the power connection would cut off intermittently, which made it difficult to use the device properly. I reached out to customer service to explain the issue, and I was very impressed with how helpful and responsive they were. They quickly arranged to send me a replacement power cord. Once the new cord arrived and we replaced it, the loose electrical connection problem was completely resolved. Since then, the vibration plate has been working well and everyone in the family enjoys using it. I really appreciate the company standing behind their product and resolving the issue quickly. Hopefully the machine will continue to serve us well for a long time."
