"Used 6 days straight so far - started 2x a day but had insomnia first 2 nights, now use in a. m. Am 58 and battling cortisol issues. Felt such a calm already soon after use but then anxiety set in after a day (just like when I start working out). On beginner program and hoping it can help with lymph drainage which perhaps is making me "stuck". I do feel different (in a good way), can't explain, giving it time "to work". I feel more grounded (balanced), feel like energy wants to kick in but is competing with the anxiety. I also felt "dizziness/cotton" in my head for a good chunk of each day, but I think that's subsiding too - I'm sure my body is adjusting. So far so good. Product is sturdy."
"As said above, this is just what is needed to progress from very little wintertime exercise to getting better and being able to do more. Wish a smaller size/weight in 3D were available. This is made for big guys but felt that 3d offered to most benefit. When I ordered, it said I would receive a free gift of an exercise chart, but none came with the box."

"I purchased the Hovert 3D vibration plate to help support my legs prior to a surgery for lipedema. I have always been an athlete and continue to train several times a week, and after a recent lipedema diagnosis have been researching ways to reduce sweeping, improve circulation, and help my lymphatic system.
