"Bigger than less expensive models. Powerful. Seems like it will hold up. I wanted to get a vibration plate that anyone in my family could use and this has a 500 pound weight limit and is longer and wider making it easier to balance on. I haven't tried all the modes yet. My main need is to improve circulation in my legs as I have been dealing with restless leg syndrome for decades."
