"I’ve only had it for a few days. Easy to set up, it is heavy and solid, which is good and I feel it is secure. The remote is packed well and I had to search the packaging for it. Set it up and used it. The instructions in the manual were clear, after a couple of days, I should be familiar with the controls."
"Wonderful way for self care in morning and after work. Haven’t used long enough to see if it helps with cellulite, puffiness, or any other visible results. However, it does engage muscles and makes exercises more challenging so I’m going to stick with it! I’m optimistic! Please before starting to use it be aware of things like if you suffer from pain on shoulders, hips or migraines it is recommended you use this plate sitting on a chair and start on the lowest setting. It is great to use and it really helps with muscle pain"
"New to using the rumblex plus 4D vibration plate. Haven’t learned very much yet, but am impressed! Used it for short periods and felt better. Setup is easy. I did manufacturing laboring work in past and was in a car accident. This has really helped in just a few times being on it. I swim and have had lots of therapy. "We purchased this to help with lymphatic drainage, but we've all been using it and seeing benefits. My adult daughter was recently diagnosed with primary lymphedema. We researched some at home treatment options and although this was one of the pricier models we selected it because it had so many options. You can vary the time, movements and intensity which is great as some days she needs gentle vibrations, other days she can tolerate more. It helps to stimulate lymphatic drainage. The physical therapist she sees for lymphatic massage suggested a vibration plate and took her in another room to show her some exercises that would specifically help with lymphatic drainage, the therapist had the exact same model we had already purchased! That made me feel like we selected the right product. We were able to purchase this using my HSA benefits, which was also helpful."
"It came very quickly. Works wonderfully. The only problem was that when it was delivered one of the wheels is off and I haven't figured out how to get it back going yet. So I think that was more of a shipping problem. Instructions on the QR code are wonderful and YouTube videos on how to put it together or extremely helpful. The book is extremely helpful . The exercise bands and The strap handles that come with it. Are good. Definitely will start working out ASAP"

"Unit arrived with a broken roller wheel. It is not seeded into the frame like the other roller wheel is at both ends. There fore it rattles when the machine is on. I stuffed foam under the roller to eliminate the noise. Other than this minor problem, I love the Rumblex Plus 4D Mark Militano, Oly"
