"Really like this board however don't understand the hard plastic circles (not comfortable) and what they do. Moving feet does not help and shoes would lessen benefit of the board. Response to the question was generic and did not get full explanation of the benefit. The board is very intense and works well. The remote is much, much better than my previous Hovert (very weak communication, have to bend down to board)."

"I've had my rumblex 4D for about 4 weeks and I'm experiencing better sleep, better HRV, and increased muscle tone. It is a great tool for those who can't handle for whom a hard workout causes post exertional malaise. You can get the benefits of a workout by just standing and focusing on posture. For those looking to add challenge to a workout, just add movement, weight, or resistance. Looking forward to getting my hEDS back under control to get to add challenges to my routine, but I'm thankful to have a tool that makes me feel stronger with every session!"

"I like the machine but it needs more than just 3 pre programs. If you could actually build your own using the mode button without having to pause the machine and change it during the time it would be better. It's advertised that way but that's not how it works. Or if it does I can't figure it out. So for 5 stars it should be more user friendly so I can concentrate on my workout not what the machine is doing."
