"I have only had it for a few days and so far it is great, having the 4 motions and being able to combine them with a great speed control makes this a great machine. "I'm just getting started yet I like the quietness and sleek design! The remote wrist control is GREAT! Due to recent bilateral knee conditions, I am taking it slow. I've had no problem with the slow startup. I am at 8 minutes. If anything, in conjunction with red light therapy I have seen a decrease in knee swelling!!"
"Most of the plates out there are garbage and barely meet the necessary Hz output to do any good for lymphatic drainage. This has so many program variations, and a high Hz output which is needed for results! Cheaper is rarely better!"

Having wheels built in for moving around is a HUGE plus. The remote is easy to use and came with a battery. I like that the display is very clear but thatthere aren't lots of lights. If i had a critique at this stage it would be for a longer power lead, as is always helpful. I could feel from first use in lowest/easy parameters (under 20 speed) that my muscles were gently challenged and found 10mins a perfect time for achieving something but not 'having to find time for it'. 5 stars sofar"
