Leave a Review for AeroFlex 4 in 1 Aerobic Step Platform

I'd give it 5 stars if there were a way to store the extra pieces underneath the platform. It's sturdy, doesn't slide on the laminate floor. It's a great addition to my workout gear.

I have only used this for stepping/jumping and push ups but it is built solid and has a lot of versatility for a workout with the various configurations.

I bought this to replace my very old step platform because I have a favorite old step video I still like to do but I haven't used it for that yet. I cannot believe the other options with the other additions to the step. I have a long ways to go to regain

I use this daily with the round attachment- It's the best way to exercise for balance- hits all those connector muscles throughout the body that don't often get any attention. It's simple but perfect.

Love this I have an exercise I follow on You Tube that uses a step in the rotation. I had the original model which would slide on my hardwood floors (even with the mat). I put a little mat under this one and I am stable and doing great!. Thank you so
