I'm using it for mild neuropathy in my toes, and then the other night my knee needed some attention. I had my feet propped up and draped the opened unit over my knee. Shoulder pain? Upper back pain? It can be used anywhere you can apply it.

Neuropathy is improving in that the “surges of electric pulses” are no longer constant, especially at night.

This is incredibly convenient to use. I own the light belt as well with a battery pack so already wasn’t stuck tethered to an outlet wall but this allevasole sole blows the belt out of the water with ease of use. I love that the battery is built in and
