Quite versatile!
I'm using it for mild neuropathy in my toes, and then the other night my knee needed some attention. I had my feet propped up and draped the opened unit over my knee. Shoulder pain? Upper back pain? It can be used anywhere you can apply it.

Plantar fasciitis

Q: How long does the battery stay charged? One reviewer said it had to be recharged after 80 minutes; also is this good for peripheral neuropathy, also torn tendon in both ankles? Lots of throbbing and buzzing, thank you.
