Aerobic Step and so much more!

Love this I have an exercise I follow on You Tube that uses a step in the rotation. I had the original model which would slide on my hardwood floors (even with the mat). I put a little mat under this one and I am stable and doing great!. Thank you so much, Kate

Elevating Progress

If you have teens and kids, they are going to enjoy it. I feel the balance is tough for me. The basic step is good for me as 5'1" beginner to exercise. The teen boy likes the balance challenge and teen daughter likes the ability to stretch out heels and calves.

Great product - replaced boring exercise bike - great for cardio and strengthening legs and core. Mix in a couple of light weights in your hand and you burning calories big time!!

Lots of benefits for minimal investment

I bought the AeroFlex 4 in 1 Aerobic Step Platform to enhance my aerobic workout and I'm loving it. I didn't realize how much I actually needed to work on my balance as well as stretching with the slant board. Awesome addition to my daily effort to build a better me.

Loving this step!

I was without a step for several months and really missed it for my glute/leg workouts. Sturdy and lightweight. I can use it in any room, esp watching tv!

Aero Flex

I bought the Aero Flex Step to put on top of the Vibrating Pro I bought because I find it hard to sit low because I am 85 years old. It works perfect for that. I have used it also to stretch my calfs.

Didn't realize how much I needed this

I purchased this more for the stepper aspect not realizing my balance needed a bit of work as well. Making progress...

More than just a step

I didn’t realize the other features this has when I ordered, so I was pleasantly surprised to see it also functioned as a balance board and a slant board. Quality was very good, feels sturdy and substantial.

Step platform

I’m a new user with this, but so far so good. I use it as a stepper for an exercise I do to strengthen my bones. I know there’s more that the stepper can be used for (such as balance exercises). When I have some time I’m going to consider some further uses of the stepper. It is sturdy and I like the color scheme.

Pain Relief

I’m 81 and when I get up in the morning the first thing I do is get on my Lifepro vibration plate machine. It really helps with the aches and pains that come with aging. I have purchased three so far, one for a friend, one for my daughter and my own. I highly recommend.
