We'd love to help answer your question and recommend you do the following to keep your skin from sticking to the plastic film covering the red lights, you may wear light-colored clothing during your sessions. It may also help to place a thin, clean sheet or towel over the mat before lying down, allowing the light therapy to work effectively while creating a comfortable barrier for you.
