How deep does the red light penetrate with this product?
Our AllevaBody red light therapy wrap has several wavelength modes. The NIR mode uses 850 nm near-infrared light, which penetrates deeper into tissue, organs and joints to help decrease inflammation, reduce pain and repair cells. NIR therapy treats cells up to 1.5 inches below the surface of the skin!
Can you use the blanket for 30min at a time or are there disadvantages for using more than 10-20min per day?
