"On Aug 27 2023 around 1:40pm I was abducted by ET Aliens. (NUFORC UFO Sighting 199264). The Alien Maynard told me to build an InfraRed Cocoon. So this was my 4th purchase of LifeProFitness that I got through their website and Best Buy (both). I use all four (I have 3 of their smaller ones, and one of this big one) every day. I also got their massage gun! If you do the setup that Maynard taught me to do, make sure you have the best Certified General Contractor and best Certified Electrician and best MD Doctor to physically build, inspect, and sign for its safety."

We typically recommend having the unit placed approximately 4 inches away from your joint, skin or area for spot treatment (increasing your distance from the panel if you feel any sort of discomfort). It can also be used in an open-room from farther away for general improvements, mainly involving sleep cycles and improving your circadian rhythm!
