"The HexaPlate Lite is simple to use for a beginner like me. It comes with an easy to understand manual, a remote and exercise bands. It feels good after a workout or in place of a workout. There are a variety of ways to use it, standing on the plate or sitting in a chair and placing your feet on the plate. The remote is easy to use and very helpful in case you ever feel off balance while it's moving. The remote can turn it off safely. I think it is a good part of a home fitness plan."

How does this mini plate compare to your regular size vibration plates?
Our HexaPlate Lite Vibration Plate is a lower-intensity device compared to our standard Waver Vibration Plate or even more intense Vibration Plate models such as our Rumblex line. However, it is still a great device for improving circulation, aiding lymphatic drainage and repairing bone density!
Do the raised spots on the plate make it uncomfortable for seated exercises?

Because of this, sitting directly on the plate might feel a bit noticeable at first for some users depending on their sensitivity, but would not describe it as uncomfortable!
