"I received the life pro vibration plate as a gift for both my birthday and Mother’s Day. My kids bought me the blue one. It came with leg bands and arm bands. It also has a remote so you can customize or use the preprogrammed setting. After a long day of sitting behind a desk my ankles and feet swell. stand on this for 10 minutes sometimes I do two sessions but it makes my feet and legs feel better."
