"At first I wasn’t sure I was going to keep it because I already have the Infrared Sauna blanket. my husband also won’t try it. I also bought the Red Light mat because my husband will use it. We purchased the InfraZen Far Infrared PEMF Therapy Mat as part of our Elite Space Program to improve sleep, health, and provide warmth as typically there are none - or there is a lack of blankets. We did test the wattage output to help confirm the electromagnetic therapies. (We misplaced the little magnet container to help test that). We use the PEMF typically every night. We not only benefit from the electromagnetic therapies, but also rely on it for heat when it gets cold at night. We did have a question about the - what seems like crystals in the InfraZen Far Infrared PEMF Therapy Mat. Below is what ai told us - which makes sense. Hopefully we can get another magnet or find the one we misplaced for testing. When we have more resources and money, we're actually considering to get 2 - 3 more of these. "The heat is amazing. Put a blanket on over top. . and yes. . definitely sweating. . and assisting my post menopause mind and body to sleep.
