    Worth Every Penny

    This is my 2nd vibration plate, as my daughter made mine disappear one day and "rehomed" it..quite the magic trick.....so I recently purchased a 2nd vibration plate, as I missed it so much and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The build quality is excellent, and it operates smoothly with various intensity levels to suit my needs. The multiple vibration modes provide a great full-body workout, helping with muscle toning, circulation, and even relaxation after a long day. What I love most is how easy it is to use—just sit down, put your feet on it get your body in motion......then adjust the settings, and let it do the work! I’ve noticed improvements in my flexibility and balance after just a few weeks. The remote control and preset programs make it super convenient, and it's quiet enough to use anytime.     It actually works

    I am 70 years old with bilateral hip replacement and torn minuscus in both knees. I receive cortisone injections in my knees regularly. I have been using the Rumblex for about a week, and I am able to climb and descend my stairs with no pain. Whole body feels great after a workout, I am truly amazed. I purchased lots of exercise equipment over the years and most left me in some discomfort after the workout. This is the first equipment I look forward to using.

    The various vibration modes, speeds, and time allow me to personalize for my own needs on any given day. After 9 minutes of high-speed use, I still felt a tingling sensation in my legs 10 minutes afterwards.

    My journey first starting the Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate

    When I first received my Rumblex 4D several weeks ago I was excited to start using it. I had One big hiccup though, the watch just would not sync to the machine. After several support calls and a no questions asked by company, Life Pro sent me out another new watch. Unfortunately, the 2nd watch was Not syncing as well. UGH!! Frustrated, I kept in touch with the Support Team. After following their guidelines, the company sent me out a brand new machine. I mailed the first machine back to them only after they suggested I try out the 2nd machine first. Yes, the company paid for the shipping. The 2nd machine worked Great and the Watch even synced with the machine immediately after I turned it on. Super Happy customer here... The Support team is wonderful and no judgment from them. A new machine is sitting in my workout space ready to get to work. Now the procrastination of working out with the Vibration Plate is ended and ready to step up my game to see great results. Thank YOU!!

    I want to understand WHY the timer doesn’t go beyond 10 min. Is this to prevent overheating? Is it bad if two people hop on it back-to-back, or if one person wants to do a few sessions at a time? Is there a suggested time it should be off in-between sessions? It seems like a very common request for it to have longer sessions. Please explain this in detail.

    I’m post TKR 2 years now & post tri-malleolar fracture 10 years now. Is it safe to use this machine? There are conflicting answers.i would love to buy this but I’m a bit hesitant because of the replacement & the pins, plates, screws in my ankle. Please reply. Thank you.

    What is the difference between the rumbler & the starter wave, how do they compare

The Waver and the Rumblex both come with Oscillation movement that can help with strength, lymphatic drainage, and weight loss, while the Rumblex comes with Pulsation for relaxation, bone density, flexibility, and Lateral movement for core and balance. the Waver has a frequency range of 4-12Hz while the Rumblex comes with 4-40Hz.
