What Could Ten Minutes Do?

Three motors, one seamless motion. The Rumblex layers lateral, oscillating, and pulsating vibration into a single 4D pattern, designed to activate your whole body while helping support your recovery and easing everyday stress.

Dial in your intensity with 60 speed levels and 7 training modes, then let the calorie tracker show your progress. The motion also challenges your balance, helping build stability with every session.

Add the included resistance bands for extra arm and shoulder work, or keep it simple with just the plate. Want the core workout without the add-ons? This is your Rumblex.

Reviews

A must have

"I love the customer service and support. The Rumblex 4D is a versatile device a beginner to an advance athlete can utilize. It is easy to store but large enough for unlimited exercises. The curve is excellent for improving balance. I have looked at a number of different vibration plates from different companies but this is by far superior. You’ll get follow up emails on how to use it. Exercises are in the manual. You can call support if you have any questions and you speak to a person! That in itself is rare. This comes with a lifetime warranty and I don’t think the competition can beat that."

I’ve only had it for

"I’ve only had it for about one week but so far I’ve enjoyed it. Tried to join the FB group for ideas but haven’t been accepted and with all the programs and not really knowing what does what exactly, despite the emails and a video that gave me absolutely no information, I’m just standing there going through the options and trying new combinations."

— Skye M. (4/5)

The machine didn't arrive until evening of the 9/9/26. My husband unboxed it yesterday. Woohoo today we successfully used it!

"We had tried a rumblex in our senior center. It was small and older like it bc easy to figure out and use bc we are seniors 80 & 76. This 4D vibration rumblex plate is a Cadillac. So far after one use we love it. It does make your skin itch a little bit after use but that goes away shortly. I will keep you posted."

5-star review

"I ordered this product several years ago and just recently had an issue with it and emailed them with the problem and within a few days had a replacement "Outstanding product and customer service!""

— Kevin A. (5/5)

Love LifePro

"This is actually my replacement vibration plate. My first one lasted almost 2 years before I started having issues with the oscillating setting on the plate. I luckily had registered my first plate for the lifetime warranty. The process for replacement was great. LifePro’s customer service support team is amazing! I already recommend this company because of their amazing product. I now will also recommend based on the amazing customer service. Thank you so much LifePro!"

— Allison F. (5/5)

I upgraded my vibration plate

"I upgraded my vibration plate from just a flat one to the rumble 4DX I absolutely love it! I have not looked back!"

— Tracie S. (5/5)

New user

"Just received it today, but I am already in love! So many different modes for exercising. I'm excited for the health benefits it provides!"

— Dawn S. (5/5)

Exceptional product

"A great product with so many benefits and solid company that stands behind it."

— Michael P. (5/5)

"Absolutely the best quality for a non-professional plate. The HZ output is right where it should be while most plates out there are barely 15 hz. Pay a little more for a quality product that will actually benefit you."

— Melissa (5/5)

Love my Board

"I love my board. I spend 30-45 minutes on it per day. It’s kickstarted my weight loss. I feel more energized on the days I use it, and if I come home sore from work I jump on for a few minutes and stretch and it really helps. It was a great purchase."

Q&A

Is it possible to adjust/see the Hz or only the speed which in turn changes the hz?: Our Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate's speed level is displayed on the device's faceplate and unfortunately does not allow you to change the viewing option to the respective Hz for each speed. If still unsure however, a corresponding speed level to intensity chart is included for reference in the unit's manual.
Which vibration plate and settings are best for bone density building?: Our Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate is a wonderful choice for supporting bone health as are the rest of our vibration plates which all help to improve bone density and overall bone health!
Sorry earlier question should be can you use a pure linear (vertical) only setting with this vibration plate. That is what my research shows is needed if you have osteoporosis.: Absolutely, our Rumblex Vibration Plate not only allows you to use a combination of different oscillation types but also allows you to select single oscillation modes such as the linear oscillation vibration you mentioned which should be great for helping with osteoporosis and repairing your bone density!
How do I know if it qualifies for HSA: Our Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate is indeed eligible for HSA & FSA. You can pay with your HSA/FSA card directly on our website, or use a credit card and get reimbursed. If you complete the process through TrueMed directly on our website, the LMN you receive comes with a simple guide that walks you through it!
I saw in another question that the Rumblex has a G force of 2. Is it possible to lower that to less than 1G?: Hello, Kim! The Force of the Rumblex is 1-2. Rest assured that our platforms are safe for use. :)
