"We had tried a rumblex in our senior center. It was small and older like it bc easy to figure out and use bc we are seniors 80 & 76. This 4D vibration rumblex plate is a Cadillac. So far after one use we love it. It does make your skin itch a little bit after use but that goes away shortly. I will keep you posted."
"So far I’m really happy with the product and the customer service. I reached out as I specifically ordered this due to it being advertised as reaching 30 hertz and that’s the consistent thing I’ve seen to get full benefits. I do wish it was more transparent on the guide on what level it needs to be on to reach the corresponding hertz level, however customer service was helpful in looking into this for me. I used the resistance bands today for the first time and it added a nice challenge and exercise to it."

"I have been using my Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate exercise Machine for 2 full weeks everyday on the 10 minute programs, (program one and two) and my joints don’t hurt anymore. I had the machine on the 2nd floor and I had to move it to the basement because I was cracking the ceiling on the main floor beneath the upstairs room because of the vibration, it needs to be on a sturdy floor.
