"Just received it, just used it…I’m impressed, however I don’t see anywhere in the instructions for using with the arms. I need my stock certificate…I have invested heavily in this company. "I have been using the Swing Machine for a few days now. I use it in the evening after work. I’ve noticed that the Swing Machine relieves fatigue and heaviness in my legs. If you spend a lot of time on your feet and your legs get tired, this machine provides relief and takes the heaviness out of your legs. Although, I originally bought it to stimulate lymphatic circulation in my body. As for the lymphatic aspect—since that process is less outwardly visible—I can't really say much yet. I haven't been using the machine for very long—just a few days. However, I hope that the machine performs that task of stimulating lymphatic flow just as excellently. The machine is quite powerful; I actually even lower the speed setting for my own comfort. I really like this machine, and I recommend purchasing it."
