"The Rumblex 4D Plus vibration machine is robust. I started using it on Program 1 until my body is accustomed to it, but I hope to progress and to use weights with it soon. My muscles are tired after a 10 minute session so I am hoping for some strength building etc. This is a very sturdy machine."

I've had no problem with the slow startup. I am at 8 minutes. If anything, in conjunction with red light therapy I have seen a decrease in knee swelling!!"
