    Reviewed large quantity of similar products and decided on Rumblexplus 4D because the 500 Lb max weight limit far exceeded all the others in this price range. Furthermore, Rumblexplus 4D uses 3 very quiet and powerful motors that offer the greatest assortment of movements that benefit rehab therapy, weight loss, and muscle tone.     Great Purchase

    Purchased my LifePro Rumblex Plus to help me with circulation, back pain. and improve balance. It is quite sturdy and well built. I can adjust the speed and intensity of my workout. I like having the control on a wrist band so I don't have to keep bending over to change settings. The enclosed booklet gives examples of the many different exercises you can do. Look forward to reaping the benefits of my vibration plate.

    Love it!

    I first received my Rumblex 4d vibration plate & began having 2nd thoughts because of the size and weight. I called customer service and was ready for a heated argument. To my surprise the agent was so kind, empathetic and comforting that I felt immediately calmed as she said she would be happy to help with a return but she explained that there are wheels and she answered my many questions. Because of her pleasant demeanour and knowledgeable advice I decided to give it a chance and i changed my mind after trying it and feeling so good while using it. I don't know how much good it is doing to strengthen my osteoporic bones but the concept and date seems to make sense. I do know that it is very soothing and comforting to use and I feel like i could stay on it for hours. I am not sure if it is a feeling that everyone would like but i reallyl love it. I am so happy that I gave it a chance and i truly love it now.

    Two questions: I’m a 70 year-old female with newly developed osteoporosis. Is there data supporting improved bone density by using a vibration plate? Which one would be better the waiver or the pro model? Also, I have an 86 year-old male friend who is interested in vibration plates as well. He has a pacemaker. Could this interfere with pacemaker function? We are both very active, I teach fitness classes 4x a week. My friend walks 3 miles a day.

    Yes! Vibration plates can help improve bone density by stimulating bone growth. The Rumblex series is best for osteoporosis, but the Waver still offers benefits. For your friend, vibration plates usually don’t interfere with pacemakers, but he should check with his doctor first. Both of you being active makes this a great addition! ?

    What is the range of frequency and amplitude?

    The frequency range of the Rumblex Plus 4D vibration plate is 4-40 Hz, and the amplitude settings are 12mm, 1.5mm, and 8mm.

    I have lipedema and secondary lymphedema, as well as weak joints. I know oscillation is best for my conditions, so is there something else the Rumblex Plus offers that would help my condition more than the Waver, or would the Waver suffice?
