- Hello, I need a replacement cord and remote for my 2024 rumblex max/4D? I ordered the rumblex power cord and the rumblex watch remote? Are these compatible?

- I need to replace my remote after my dog uses it for a chew toy. 🤦🏼♀️ The remote pictured in accessories for Rumblex Plus 4D is different from the one that came with the unit. Can I get the same remote? It has a lock feature and timer that I like.
