"I just received my replacement Rumblex 4D Pro vibration plate because the first one was damaged in shipping. The replacement process was easy and fast. I tried the vibration plate using all 3 modes on the lowest setting since I am new to this. It worked well and I plan to work my way up to harder settings and add using the accessories. This makes a nice addition to the other therapies I use such as Red Light therapy, rebounding, infrared sauna and PEMF mat."

Do you have personal stabilizer bars? I have MS, lots of pain, osteo issues. My endocrinologist recommended one of these plates for osteo issues a year ago, and I have looked at a lot of them. We highly recommend the Rumblex Plus since it has a flat surface that would work best for you. :) Currently, we do not have a stabilizer bars for this series. However, you may start slowly and gain balance, or use a chair to help.
