Do you have personal stabilizer bars? I have MS, lots of pain, osteo issues. My endocrinologist recommended one of these plates for osteo issues a year ago, and I have looked at a lot of them. Which would be best for me? Also, easy storage?
Hello, Shannon! We highly recommend the Rumblex Plus since it has a flat surface that would work best for you. :) Currently, we do not have a stabilizer bars for this series. However, you may start slowly and gain balance, or use a chair to help.
In MANUAL MODE - Can you change between modes (oscillating to lateral etc…) while Rumblex Pro is on or do you have to stop the machine every time you want a different mode?
