Space saving

"The Sculpt Trainer lite roman chair is exactly what I was looking for to assist with my back rehab from injuries this summer. What I really like about it is that it is foldable and can easily be stored out of the way. Also, I am using it as a support for landmine squats, resting the angled barbell on top so I don't have to bend over to start the lift, thus aiding my back."

Loving this machine!

"My lower back is feeling much better since buying this machine. The first week there was no difference and it felt as if it had gotten worse. But I kept training on it every day doing 3 sets of 30 second holds morning and afternoon. Yesterday I woke up with little to no pain in my lower back. I know it is from the strength training that I have been doing with this new machine. Glad I made the investment."
