Great product

Easy time use, Nordic strap is a great addition. Solid build. Overall happy with my purchase. Did not come with exercise poster so a little bummed about that.

Solid tib trainer!

The ShinBlitz is a solid built tib trainer. I only have 1-in weight plates so am ordering 2-in plates soon, but found a way to "hack" and use my 5lb and 7lbs ankle weights to wrap around the weight bar. This is a great way to exercise my tibialis and hopefully strengthen and bulletproof my ankles since I'm a volleyball player who has tight Achilles and often worry about rolling my ankles. Assembly was ok -- wish there were more detailed instructions in the user manual, or a sticker to help orient the sides of the lower bar to help with orientation (I think the LifePro logo should be facing towards our leg vs towards the weight bar). I was unsure of the orientation of the washer since it was not flat and was more like a lens with both a concave and a convex side (I had the concave side flush against the curvature of the main bar.) It still only took 3 minutes to assemble. I hope to find a video on how to use the Nordic Strap since I couldn't understand the directions in the user manual. I just realized writing this review that I never got the pictured Exercise Poster that was supposed to come with the tib trainer and will need to contact customer service to request one. All in all, I've been eyeing to get a tib bar or make a DIY one with PVC piping after hearing about KOT (knees over toes) program to help reduce injury in the knees and ankles. Lifeprofitness made a really sturdy high quality tib bar that can handle up to 220 lbs for a reasonable price. Happy with the purchase.

Great addition to training & rehab equipment

This is a solidly built unit. Easy to assemble, convenient to disassemble for throwing in my gym bag or to take with me to mobile PT visits. Nordic strap is a nice accessory, and the included weight collar makes set up a breeze. Add this to your rehab/prehab workouts!
