"I feel it is too early to give a review but LifePro ask for this review in the warranty process. I received the item yesterday. It arrived undamaged and seems to operate well. The box included the shredder device and a few lock bars, which hold the closed when not in use. It also includes a manual and warranty info. Unpacking was easy. The device seems intuitive enough to operate. The dial to set the difficulty level works well. It would be nice if a simple exercise guide had been included. The manual included 4 image examples for chest, back and arm use but something a little more extensive in the box would be helpful."

So far it’s been pretty good

"I have enjoyed using the machine, although I feel it’s more suited for your arms than your chest. And mid workout, I had one of the screws that was holding the handle in place fly off. I screwed it back on, but I didn’t really appreciate that happening in the first place, and has made me question the quality of the product a little. I guess time will tell if it lasts and that was just a one off problem, or not."
