Plug in. The Waver runs on a US 110V cable and must stay plugged in during use.
Step on. Stand centered with feet together and a soft bend in your knees.
Choose your mode. Pick one of 9 preset programs, or switch to manual and select from 99 speeds.
Check the display. The LED screen shows time, speed, and mode at a glance.
Adjust as you go. Use the included remote to change speed without breaking your stance.
Add movement. Layer in squats, planks, or resistance band exercises once standing feels comfortable.

Is this one good for pain, bone density, lymphatic draining and toning? I’m having trouble deciding on which one to get.
