Is there any way to adjust the resistance bands I'm 5ft tall and they are way too long for me.: Hello, Sue! A quick fix is to tie a knot near the handles to make it short. :)

how do you attach the resistance bands to the waver: Hi Nancy, At the front portion, there would be a pair of metal rings where you can loop and attach the resistance bands to the plate.
Can you loop these on the balance ball?: Hi Mindy! Our Vibration Resistance Bands are best used for our Vibration Platforms. Currently our Horizon Balance Ball doesn't have the feature to attach the resistance bands. :)
