You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If ever your unit has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. We don’t cover shipping costs for returns in this case. The item that you're returning should be repackaged with all the cords, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.

Customer service with Lifepro has been great. When I received delivery. I only received one of the two boxes. I was missing the stove. I contacted Amazon who referred me back to Lifepro and they were able to deliver the second box within a cpl of weeks

Easy to set up once you figure it out and I’ve gotten it to 170 hoping I can figure out how to get it a little hotter

Set it up in minutes the first time and within g 15 minutes it’s super warm! This is going to be amazing setting it up next to the frozen lakes for some temperature contrast therapy! So excited!
I love this Sauna Tent!
This Sauna Tent is easy to set up and the stove size is just right! It heats up very quickly and the tent windows are easy to roll up and down, allowing you to enjoy nature outside or close for privacy. Highly recommend!
