WHAT IS THE 21 DAY SELF CARE CHALLENGE?

Studies have found that it takes approximately 21 days to form a new habit. With this in mind, we have created an effective wellness vibration plate challenge that you can do within the comfort of your own home. Vibration plates provide so many benefits to the body, but we are often asked, “what workouts and stretches can I do on the plates?” Well, look no further. We created a challenge that will provide you with a ton of resources you can use now and in the future. The challenge starts on July 20th.
