I absolutely love my Lifepro vibration machine. I've lost about 10 lbs since I began using it. I use it everyday. Not only have I lost weight but I feel my legs are stronger and my legs no longer swell like they used to because this machine is amazing for lymphatic drainage. Immediate pain relief after years of suffering
I had severe arthritis probably 6 years ago and told it was only going to get worse. After just one day on it I could move better and had less pain in general. While I still cannot walk without aid, I am no longer in pain from just sitting. I can move my leg more freely and even stretch it out (not possible before). The lack of pain is worth everything to me. Your mileage may vary, but for me this is gold!

From struggling to thriving with one simple machine
I had fairly positive response rather quickly and am pleased with how the unit works. I purchased this after investigating the benefits of whole body vibration. The machine itself is excellent - it arrived in apparently new condition and works well. It does everything that it is expected to do, and it seems to be made of high-quality materials. Amazing
This vibration plate is amazing. I wanted it to help me with body aches from an osteoporosis infusion I recieved. It worked. I am now able to start working out again and I do some of my strength training on here. My core is getting tighter, my balance is solid. I feel so invigorated from this. It has also helped my vertigo. It was worth the invesest in my health.
