My wife has been having pain in her hips, back and abdomen area because she's pregnant. Do you think this would help give her some relief?: While red light therapy is used by many for muscle and joint discomfort, we always advise consulting with a physician or in this case her OB-GYN before using any red-light or heat therapy devices on the abdomen, lower back, or hips during pregnancy. A certified healthcare provider is equipped to evaluate if our red light therapy belt is appropriate and safe for her at this time!
Is it okay to use the belt for 25 or 30 minutes per session? I'm using it on lower back and stomach area? Responses on this Q&A state to only use for 20 minutes with 2 hours of recovery in between sessions. Why then is there an option for longer than 20 minutes on the device's timer options?: Hello!
