"This machine gets everything abs legs chest etc I have adjusted dumbbell set which works great with this also bands that hook onto the machine itself all I will say this machine won’t catch dust in my house I love it! Storage not a problem it folds and doesn’t take that much space."
"So far i really like this machine for target workouts. Only negative thing I have to say is the best cushion is wobbly, I would like for it to be more sturdier especially when you're a beginner. Other then that, it's a good little machine"
"It was very easy to put together. The column used for the support cushion is a little wobbly, even though I tightened everything that I could but that might just be how it’s made. Other than that it seems sturdy and it doesn’t take up too much room in my apartment. I’m excited to have this piece of equipment to help me maintain good control and form with my glute sets."

"The equipment was delivered well. Packed nicely. VERY easy setup. Even the resistance bands were pretty neat to have delivered. A little surprise was the included printout/poster of the type of exercises that can be completed on the machine. You can hang it vertically or horizontal on a wall to remind you of the types of workouts you can accomplish on it. Very cool overall!"

"The instruction manual is easy to understand and easy to follow. However, I do feel as though some of the a pre-made/ pre-attached parts aren't welded together well or don't fit flushly into their sockets. 2 out of 4 of the locking pins fit loosely, with the proper amount of force the pins can slide out. Some parts feel loose, even with screws put in place. Overall, very convenient an easy to use. But assembly and overall design could be executed better."
"This thing is not worth 180. 00 it’s so flimsy and cheaply made. When doing glute bridges the back piece is so wobbly feels like you’re going to fall off. Definitely would never recommend this machine to anyone unless the only thing you want to do is push push-ups which even that piece is so cheaply and terribly made that you can’t even get a good position."
