"This machine gets everything abs legs chest etc I have adjusted dumbbell set which works great with this also bands that hook onto the machine itself all I will say this machine won’t catch dust in my house I love it! Storage not a problem it folds and doesn’t take that much space."

"So far i really like this machine for target workouts. Only negative thing I have to say is the best cushion is wobbly, I would like for it to be more sturdier especially when you're a beginner. Other then that, it's a good little machine"

"It was very easy to put together. The column used for the support cushion is a little wobbly, even though I tightened everything that I could but that might just be how it’s made. Other than that it seems sturdy and it doesn’t take up too much room in my apartment. I’m excited to have this piece of equipment to help me maintain good control and form with my glute sets."

A little surprise was the included printout/poster of the type of exercises that can be completed on the machine. You can hang it vertically or horizontal on a wall to remind you of the types of workouts you can accomplish on it. Very cool overall!"
