"Item is missing one handle bar cover and came with faulty scres so I cannot attach water holder or counter. Have contacted customer service MULTIPLE times and they have continuously ignored certain issues with another product and have failed to resolve the missing items. Last email was asking me for all this information (they already have multiple copies of my receipt) and obviously all my contact info. Been nothing but a hassle and will be my last purchase from this company. I'd return it at this point but am STILL awaiting a return label for another product that shows "return initiated" (4 weeks ago) and no further instruction."
