Very nice weight adjustment

Been working out with 10 lb dumbbells for about a year. Was not progressing on strength, but my cardio was good (lost some weight). Life pro product should help me gain strength. Looking forward to the future strength I’ll gain. I’m 69 yoa.

Love how easy it is to switch weight sizes

I just received this dumbbell set. I REALLY like how easy it is to adjust the weights. The only things I can see for improvement are adding a foam like handle cover to make it a little giving on the grip. Another improvement would be to try and make them a little let bulky. Other than those items I really like this set.
