They texted and emailed me with the carriers info, who also emailed me. It arrived in a crate, not cardboard which kept it from being damaged in anyway. what are the dimensions of the shipping container or containers it ships in: Due to the size and weight of our RejuvaCure™ One-Person Infrared Sauna, we use a freight service provider to transport the pallet the unit is shipped on. However, the dimensions of the box that the RejuvaCure unit comes in measures approximately 18 x 44 x 80 inches!
