Your Questions, Answered

How Long Does Delivery Take?

The RejuvaCure is typically delivered through standard shipping, and the delivery timeframe ranges from 10-14 days, depending on your specific location.

How Does an Infrared Sauna Work?

An infrared sauna uses infrared light to warm your body directly, helping you sweat and relax at lower, more comfortable temperatures. The infrared wavelengths penetrate beneath the surface of your skin, increasing circulation, loosening tight muscles, supporting lymphatic drainage, and promoting a deep, gentle heat that feels therapeutic without the intense air temperatures of a traditional sauna.

What is Red Light Therapy and How Does it Work?

Red light therapy uses clinically studied, professional-grade wavelengths of light to support your body’s natural renewal process. As the light reaches the skin, it helps encourage collagen production and supports smoother, healthier-looking skin over time. Many people use red light therapy to feel more refreshed, energized, and confident in their skin.

Lifepro red light devices bring professional-grade technology into your home to support how your body feels and moves every day.

What Are the Benefits of Chromotherapy?

Chromotherapy uses different colors of light to support your mood, energy, and overall well-being. Each color carries its own frequency that can promote specific effects. Warm colors can boost energy, uplift your mood, and enhance focus, while cool colors help calm the mind, reduce stress, and encourage relaxation. RejuvaCure offers multiple color modes so you can choose the light that best supports your wellness goals, making each session more balanced and restorative.

How Is RejuvaCure Delivered? Can I Cancel After It Ships?

Your shipment will be delivered to the first accessible point on your property, such as your front door, garage, or just inside your gate, unless the courier specifies otherwise. If your order ships from our warehouse before your cancellation can be processed, you’ll be responsible for any applicable shipping fees.

Why Do You Need My Phone Number for Delivery?

We request your phone number to ensure smooth delivery, as the shipping company will contact you to schedule a convenient time. Please confirm that the number and address provided at checkout are accurate. If a shipment is returned for reasons other than damage, such as incorrect details or missed delivery appointments, additional shipping or storage fees may apply. For any questions, our customer support team is here to help.

Reviews

Lifepro Rejuvinate Duet Infra Red Sauna

"Delivered in a crate and well Packed. All parts in excellent condition and without issues. Took about 2 hours with two adult men. A little tricky trying to get it squared so walls would fit into slots, but it all came together perfectly after a little adjustment All controls working and heats to 140 degrees in about 20 min. So far happy with the quality and care in craftsmanship of this lifepro sauna."

— John M. (4/5)

Happy with my lifepro

"Assembly and instructions were simple. Everything lined up and sealed very nicely. Got to 140 in about 15 minutes. Bluetooth speakers were plenty good for the size of room you're in."

— Dean M. (5/5)

Haven’t received it yet!

The only issue I have

"The only issue I have it is the leg heaters don't seem to be as powerful. Upper body certainly gets warm enough to produce a sweat, but the under bench and below feet heater make me wonder if they are even powered on. Touching them, I can definitely feel that they are, so has me confused. Other than that, it's fine, was easy to put together, recommend two people for sure. The other thing to keep in mind, the freight box is HEAVY, you need two strong people or 4 just to move it around. Don't expect freight company to help you out either. First thing they said, 'curbside service' only. Would have been nice to know before ordering or have a white glove option."

Q&A

Does the Duet Two Person have heaters in the floor?: Yes! Our RejuvaCure Duet Two-Person Sauna uses carbon fiber heating panels integrated into it's floor panel as well as it's surrounding cabin walls to provide even heat coverage during use!
how long and how many times does a person need to use sauna to get basic results in each field.: To start seeing basic results like muscle relaxation, stress relief, and improved circulation, we generally recommend using our RejuvaCure™ Duet: Two-Person Infrared Sauna 3 to 4 times a week for about 20 to 30 minutes per session. As your body adjusts, you can gradually increase frequency or duration based on your comfort and personal goals. People who are sensitive to heat should start with a low temperature and slowly increase the temperature over several days or weeks!
Will this remote start? If I put a smart plug on it, will it start when I turn the plug on?: When it comes to our RejuvaCure™ Duet: Two-Person Infrared Sauna. We recommend you do not use an extension cord, surge protector, power strip or smart plug with the power cable. The power cable may only be plugged directly into a dedicated, properly grounded 3-prong electrical outlet without any other appliances plugged into the same outlet. In addition to this we recommend disconnecting the unit from it's outlet connection 30 minutes after use to prevent electrical issues with it moving forward.
What are power requirements? Does it require a 15 or 20 amp dedicated circuit? 110v or 220v: Our RejuvaCure™ Duet: Two-Person Infrared Sauna must be used at 110V, we recommend not plugging in any other devices in to the same power outlet and to not use an extension cord or power strip to power up the RejuvaCure unit.
How long does it take to hear up?: Hi Sean, we typically recommend waiting anywhere from 8-15 minutes for the RejuvaCure sauna to reach your desired temperature before stepping in.
