Best sauna option, affordable and so many benefits

I've been seeing a Functional Dr for a couple years now for my chronic illness issues. She highly recommended fitting sauna into my life to help with detoxing toxins & lowering inflammation/pain. Out of the options, a sauna blanket sounded best for me being in my own home, much less costly than going to a spa for a $60 sauna session, less expensive than buying an in-home regular big sauna, & easier to clean & relax then a sitting portable sauna. Next, Ii researched brands & models. I found LifePro, with amazing reviews, quality products, & great customer service...and I am so happy I did! Then I compared their different models and decided on Rejuvawrap X because of its nontoxic materials, more weighted, & seemed like it would just last a lot longer than their lower end model (I got the x with the armholes because I thought I'd be claustrophobic, but I don't feel that way at all and actually don't use the holes). I purchased separately some thin/quick dry cotton bath sheets that fit the sauna blanket, and I one below and one above while using it, which soaks up the sweat and makes it much easier to keep clean! They work great with it. I've been using the Rejuvawrap X for over a year & a half now, usually 30-40 minutes 2-3x/week. Here's my thoughts! I am definitely happy with it. It feels like a warm, therapeutic, weighted sleeping bag. I greatly enjoy listening to audiobooks over a bluetooth speaker while using it. I feel it's wonderful detox effects. I sleep so much better the nights after I use it. It helps lower my stress/anxiety. It also lowers my chronic pain & inflammation. And it helps keep soreness down after I do my little strength workouts. So, If you've ever wanted to add sauna into your life, but couldn't figure out how financially or time-wise, this is for you! Get the LifePro Rejuvawrap or Rejuvawrap X! You won't regret it.

Great investment in my health! Would recommend for anyone! My functional Dr kept recommending I figure out a way to do sauna to help with detoxing toxins and chronic inflammation, as well as pain. Then she later told me she had a client swear by using a sauna blanket and she thought that would be perfect for me. Sauna blankets are much more convenient because they're done right in your own home(where you can shower easily right after!) and they're much less costly&convient than going to a $60/session regular big sauna at a spa, way less expensive than purchasing an in-home regular big sauna (which would also cost a lot to run electricity wise because it's heating an entire little room versus just your body) and it has infrared benefits. This sauna blanket is the best, most affordable, most convienent option for sauna, with all the same benefits like detoxing, lowering inflammation, and lessening chronic pain! Anyway, after deciding on getting a sauna blanket, I did my research for what brand and model and I found LifePro... with their amazing reviews, multiple quality products, and great customer service... and am so happy I did! I then compare their different models decided on rejuvawrap because it has all nontoxic materials, is more weighted, and seemed like it would just last a lot longer than their lower end model. I must say the only downside is they only have one size in the rejuvawrap , compared to the lower model that has a shorter and a longer size... but this is working ok length wise for my 5'10" body! (But if they get a longer rejuvawrap I would get that!). Also to note, I was worried I'd feel claustrophobic in it so i got the one with arm holes (rejuvawrap X) but I don't feel that way at all and actually don't even use the arm holes after all. Amazing product

I love this blanket. At first I was using it on the low settings and not getting sweaty - but setting it at 6 is perfect for me. I use it multiple times per week, usually in the evenings, and then I take a cold shower and have the best sleep ever. Also, calling product support line - the support is a real human being and they were very helpful. Highly recommend this option - low EMF and space for one of my arms to peek out and hold my kindle:)

Excellent for sleep.

I use this blanket several times a week at the highest setting (9), with 40 minutes to 60 minute long sessions, before bed. It hasn't helped with my all-over joint pain. But inadvertently, it's helped my sleep a great deal. I think it's stimulating melatonin production: not sure.

Your Own Private Sauna

Used my RejuvaWrap X for the first time yesterday. It was so comforting and warm. I don't sweat easily but poured out the sweat! I love having the arm zippers. It was easy to get in and out of. Granted it would be better if the zippers also worked from the inside but not a big deal. It was very relaxing. But at the same time I felt energized (not wired) afterwards. I was concerned about cleaning afterwards but it was a breeze. It opens up completely to lay flat and all it took was a quick wipe down.' Great product with the standard lifetime warranty!!

Wonderful even if you don't like the heat

This is my first time ever purchasing a sauna blanket. I do not tolerate heat very well, so I did not know how I would do with it. I read the booklet that came with it first so that I could have a thorough understanding of how to use it safely. I put it on an extra guest bed that we have in our basement which stays pretty cool. I thought I would start small, so I set it for 30 minutes at temperature level 5. It began to heat up pretty fast. I was not certain if I would like it, but I soon found myself getting used to it and it started to feel pretty good. It heated not only from the bottom, but from the top as well. I don't like laying on my back for very long due to chronic back pain, but I could turn slightly to one side or the other and it was more comfortable. After about 10 minutes, I began to relax in it and it really was feeling quite nice. If I had thought to turn off the overhead light, I could have taken a short nap in it. I did not sweat a great deal in it, probably because I only put it on level 5 to start and for only 30 minutes. I did drink some water before hand as the booklet suggested. I also unzipped the armholes to put my hands outside, which was quite helpful. One thing that I discovered was that the body zipper was quite difficult to zip up all of the way. It kept getting stuck the last foot or so, and I had to try and stretch it to get it to shut. The armhole zippers were ridgid as well. So for those reasons, I marked it down one star. It is easy to clean afterwords, I just wipe it down wiht a damp cloth and leave it open to the air to dry. When I start to sweat in it, I will use a cloth that has been dipped in Colloidal Silver. I am pretty good sized and this still accommodated my body just fine. I wore a light nylon garment that went to my knees. I didn't sweat much at all, so next time, I may increase the temp and time. I quite enjoy this and am looking forward to using it more especially during these chilly winter day
