I have osteoporosis and also balance issues. I need the full hand bars for safety. I also want a model that mimics weight bearing exercises for my bones. Your Q&A suggested the Rumblex Plus for my osteoporosis but that does not have the hand rails that the Rhythm machine does. Please advise.
