"I need more time before giving this machine a final rating, but these are my first impressions. Overall, I’m impressed with the build quality and functionality of the LifePro vibration plate. It feels sturdy, setup was easy, and the range of vibration settings seems good enough to grow with different fitness levels. That said, there are a couple of things that disappointed me. The machine includes several preset program modes, but there’s very little explanation of what they do or how they’re intended to be used. Without guidance, the presets don’t add much value. For the price, I also expected some type of app integration. It would be helpful to connect the machine to an app that automatically logs sessions, tracks usage, and monitors progress over time. At this point, I think it has good potential, but I need more time using it before deciding whether it delivers enough long-term value."

It’s Fabulous

"I had another vibe plate & wanted to upgrade. I luv, luv, luv this vibe plate & the hand bars is why I chose it. I am 70 years old & have balance issues. With my other vibe plate I had to hold on to the back of a chair. This vibe plate, I hop on, the hand rails make the experience so much better. I use it 6 times a day. I have lost weight, fat & my aches & pain are gone. Takes away tension, I just can’t say enough on vibe plates, but this one is just awesome"
