"Unit arrived with a broken roller wheel. It is not seeded into the frame like the other roller wheel is at both ends. There fore it rattles when the machine is on. I stuffed foam under the roller to eliminate the noise. Other than this minor problem, I love the Rumblex Plus 4D Mark Militano, Oly"

"Really like this board however don't understand the hard plastic circles (not comfortable) and what they do. Moving feet does not help and shoes would lessen benefit of the board. I noticed in a lot of of the pictures, people are wearing athletic footwear. Doesn’t that decrease the amount of vibration entering your body? Would it be better to be barefoot?: While it can be true regarding footwear slightly absorbing the vibrations, many people choose to wear sneakers when using the unit at more intense levels or during dynamic workouts to keep them safe and secured while on the plate. If you are doing more stationary exercises, going barefoot is a wonderful way to feel the maximum intensity of the vibrations!
