Your Questions, Answered

What Are the Benefits of Vibration Therapy?

Vibration training delivers a full-body workout that supports strength, flexibility, and balance—all with low-impact motion that’s easy on your joints. The rhythmic vibrations engage your muscles to support overall movement and circulation while helping you stay active and recover between workouts. With regular use, it can help tone muscles, support fat-burning workouts, and improve range of motion—making it an efficient way to move and feel your best in just minutes a day.

How Do I Use My Vibration Plate?

Using a vibration plate is easy. Just sit or stand on the plate, choose your program, and let the vibrations activate your muscles for full-body benefits. Incorporate moves like squats, planks, or band exercises to level up your results. Maintain good posture and gradually increase the speed or duration over time. Your Lifepro product includes a workout guide to help you move better and feel stronger.

What Does “4D Motion” Mean?

Most vibration plates move in only one or two directions, limiting how effectively they engage your muscles. The Rumblex uses three independent motors to create true 4D motion — a combination of oscillating (up and down), lateral (side to side), and pulsating (micro-vibrations) movements that work together simultaneously. This multi-dimensional motion activates more muscles in less time, improving circulation, balance, and strength for a deeper, more effective full-body workout.

Are Vibration Plates for All Fitness Levels?

Yes. Lifepro Vibration Plates are designed for everyone, from beginners to experienced users. You can adjust intensity, mode, and duration to match your comfort level. The gentle vibrations are low-impact yet powerful, making it ideal for users looking to maintain strength, stability, and overall wellness at any age. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, check with your doctor before getting started.

How Does Foot Placement Affect My Workout?

Yes, where you stand on a Lifepro vibration plate can change the intensity of your session. Your stance affects how strongly you feel the vibrations through your body.

Walking (Center, Feet Together)
Stand with your feet close together in the middle of the plate for a gentle, beginner-friendly vibration and lighter overall intensity.

Jogging (Mid-Width, Shoulder Stance)
Place your feet about shoulder-width apart, still near the center, for a moderate level of vibration that supports balance, strength, and full-body engagement.

Running (Wide Stance, Outer Edges)
Stand with your feet closer to the outer edges of the plate for the most intense vibration experience and maximum muscle activation.

As you get more comfortable, you can also add movements like squats, lunges, calf raises, or upper-body exercises with resistance bands to increase variety and challenge. Tip: Start with a stable stance and lower speed levels, then gradually adjust your position and intensity over time.

Reviews

I absolutely adore the Rumblex

"I absolutely adore the Rumblex Plus 4D vibration plate! Having experimented with various other brands, I can confidently say that none even come close to matching its exceptional quality. One of my favorite features is the attachment for stretch bands, which provides a secure hold, ensuring they stay in place throughout my workout. With an impressive array of vibration pattern variations, this device allows me to tailor my exercise routine to prevent any form of stagnation, keeping my fitness journey exciting and dynamic."

— Katie G. (5/5)

Optimal fitness with vibration plates

"Successful incorporation of multiple LifePro vibration plates in numerous areas of fitness for balance, lymphatic and circulation, muscle tone, flexibility, bone density etc. using them at home and at the office. Beats going to the gym and keeps me from sitting stagnant on the couch."

— Suzanne D. (5/5)

The best vibration plate out there

"I have only had it for a few days and so far it is great, having the 4 motions and being able to combine them with a great speed control makes this a great machine. The remote is a must for this old guy and the speed adjustments are great. I need to use it for a couple of weeks to see a difference in how I feel physically."

— Gordon H. (5/5)

First time use!

"Got on it for the first time for about 5 minutes experimenting. Keeping your knees bent definitely keeps upper body more stabilized. My legs feel great post trial. My goal is consistency to get used to it then to work on my core. I will share again after some consistent use! So far I think I’m going to like it!"

— Gayle W. (5/5)

Just used 2 days so far

"When I receive the order and took it out of the box, the product is very well made. I’ve only used the product for two days and I must say I do like it and I can’t wait to see the results that I get. I may post an update after further use so far I definitely would recommend life pro for D vibration plate."

— Cheryl T. (5/5)

Impressed So Far — Excited to Put the Rumblex Plus 4D to Work!

"I just ordered the Rumblex Plus 4D and haven’t had the chance to use it yet, but I’m excited to get started. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing and chose the Rumblex because of the different vibration modes and the versatility it offers. My wife and I are both planning to use it, primarily for recovery, circulation, mobility, and overall fitness. The ordering process was easy, and so far I’ve been impressed with what Lifepro offers and the features packed into this unit. I’ll definitely update my review once we’ve had some time to use it consistently and can speak to the results. Looking forward to putting it to work!"

— Jeremy P. (5/5)

I'm just getting started yet

"I'm just getting started yet I like the quietness and sleek design! The remote wrist control is GREAT! Due to recent bilateral knee conditions, I am taking it slow. I've had no problem with the slow startup. I am at 8 minutes. If anything, in conjunction with red light therapy I have seen a decrease in knee swelling!!"

— Cynthia B. (5/5)

Great quality.

"Most of the plates out there are garbage and barely meet the necessary Hz output to do any good for lymphatic drainage. This has so many program variations, and a high Hz output which is needed for results! Cheaper is rarely better!"

— MJ (5/5)

Great for lipedema or tired legs

"The Rumblex Plus has been amazing to help activate the muscles in my calves. I have started my day my opening up my lymphatic system and using the Rumblex Plus at a low level has helped my energy and my legs feel less tired at night."

— Heather K. (5/5)

4-star review

"Service was fast and efficient. I am looking forward to seeing positive results in myself with lymphatic drainage and also positive results in my grandchildren who sometimes struggle with attention."

— Jeana H. (4/5)

Q&A

I cannot locate the 2 rings in my rumblex plus. The resistance bands came with machine but I don’t know how to install them without the rings
The attachment rings for the Rumblex Plus are pre-installed directly on the bottom frame of the unit. To attach your resistance bands, locate the built-in metal loops on the underside of the vibration plate to clip your resistance bands straight onto those rings. Please reach out to our customer support team directly at [email protected] if you need any further guidance or potential replacements of your unit's resistance bands, we'd be glad to investigate the issues further for you!
How do I program the vibration plate
When using our Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate, you can choose from 3 preset workout programs or create a custom workout in manual mode. In manual mode, custom workouts can last anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes. The vibration speed by default is level 1 but may be adjusted at any time once the workout has begun using the unit's included watch-style remote or by pressing the unit's control panel directly.
What is the main benefit of each vibration? For example what is the benefit of oscillation vs pulsation?
Our Rumblex Plus unit's motors function and activate your muscles in drastically different ways. Its side-to-side oscillation motor mimics natural walking to build core strength, burn calories, and improve balance. The vertical linear motor moves straight up and down to safely tone major muscle groups and support healthy bone density. The rapid pulsation motor sends deep micro-vibrations into your body to relieve pain, relax tight muscles, and boost circulation!
I noticed in a lot of of the pictures, people are wearing athletic footwear. Doesn’t that decrease the amount of vibration entering your body? Would it be better to be barefoot?
While it can be true regarding footwear slightly absorbing the vibrations, many people choose to wear sneakers when using the unit at more intense levels or during dynamic workouts to keep them safe and secured while on the plate. If you are doing more stationary exercises, going barefoot is a wonderful way to feel the maximum intensity of the vibrations!
Can I use my FSA to purchase this product?
Hello! Currently, we do not accept FSA. :)
