The Lifepro® Waver™ Vibration Plate features a powerful 200W motor that delivers oscillation motion with an amplitude of 0–8 mm and 99 adjustable speeds, reaching up to approximately 720 vibrations per minute (about 12 Hz). Its easy-to-read LED display shows time, speed, and mode, and offers 10 preset programs plus a manual mode for customizable workouts. The compact, stable platform features a non-slip surface measuring about 27" × 15" × 6" and supports users up to 330 lbs. The Waver comes with a US 110 V power cable that must remain plugged in during use, a remote control for easy adjustments, two clip-on resistance bands for upper-body exercises, and four mini loop bands with varying resistance levels for toning. The included user manual provides setup and safety instructions and advises limiting use to 20 minutes per day.
