"The product seems to be well built and sturdy and easy to operate. We had recommendations from three different users who have seen significant improvements in their mobility after a few month's use, so I bought the system as a gift for my wife. We both are using it and so far we have no regrets. I think we'll know better after we've had it for a few months."
"I got this plate to supplement other exercises I do to fight osteoporosis. There was a slight learning curve around learning to use the settings and understanding how to hold my body while I'm standing on the plate. I did not find many useful videos on the website, but that's just me. I wanted a really basic tutorial on just how to use the machine and wasn't able to find one to my liking; however, when I emailed customer service they sprang into action to help me. I gotta say, customer service is great with this product. So if you have any issues, just reach out via email."
"I've had it for a week now & really enjoying it. I'm following instructions & starting off slow. Slowly increasing time & level of vibration. So far only standing on it. Will try different positions at some point. BTW, I'm soon to be 73 & recently started having problems with varicose veins & edema in calves. Only negative is I wish it had a longer cord!!"

"I bought this to improve circulation in my legs and to hopefully improve bone density. I’ve been using it about six weeks - daily - for 15 minutes on a low intensity setting (I am 72). I am noticing my back feels better, I’m sleeping better and digestion seems to have improved. I am due for a bone density scan and will be interested to find out if it’s made a difference."
