"This is my Second Life Pro vibration plate. I bought this for my mom as it had handles however the stability of this one is not as good as some of the others. My mother was using it and it actually started lift off the floor causing her to fall backwards even with the handles. She did not have this issue with my other plate I think if the plate itself was a little bit bigger it would better distribute one's weight. She can only use it while sitting which is disappointing"

Easy to attach, or remove once you get the hang of it, and master all the speeds. I have restless legs and thought this would help! Also has attached resistance bands! I've started out slow, 3 times a day, so far it's working for me , but want to increase the speed asap for more toning results!!"
