Simple Rumblex Pro Exercises

Amber Klevett shows us some workout ideas with the Rumblex Pro Vibration Platform. In this short 10-minute video, Amber shows us a number of exercises that anybody can do at home using a Rumblex Pro vibration platform.

What you’ll need:

  1. A Rumblex Pro vibration platform
  2. Bungee bands of various sizes

The basics:
Simply attach the bungee band to the sides of the platform, clip the handles onto the cord, step on the platform, and choose your settings. For simplicity’s sake, Amber uses the P1 setting to eliminate all speed and time settings. Nothing but a simple, yet intense workout.

If you are new to using the Rumblex Pro, you are going to want to start with a slower speed setting, then slowly build up as you get used to the Rumblex.

Exercises shown:

  • Curls
  • Squats
  • Overhead push (not a full overhead press!)
  • Split-stance tricep extension
  • Rotation chop (for abs!)
  • Overhead press
  • Lateral raises/flies
  • Plank step outs

…and numerous cardio-heavy exercises.
