    Wow! Quite the experience before even starting to exercise on it!

    This seems like a very high quality piece of equipment. I'm not sure how beneficial the vibration modes, alone, are; but it sure does feel good. Trying to figure out exactly how to exercise on this moving platform.

    Replacement Rumblex Plus 4D Was Extremely Quick and Easy

    After almost 4 years of contined use, my Rumblex Plus 4D vibration plate stopped working -- no power. I tried multiple different tests to make sure it wasn't going to work and finally contacted LifePro's Happiness Specialist. The entire process was so easy and smooth to request a replacement under the lifetime warranty and I received a brand new replacement in 3 working days (5 days including Saturday and Sunday). Extremely impressed by customer service and this company overall for making good on their warranty promise!!! Customer for life...thank you!!

    Great Products & Customer Service

    I first discovered Lifepro with my hex vibration plate, I loved it, after further research, I learned about the different modes of vibration and bought a Rumblex 4D. I then bought a red light torch and Aleavared belt. Both are great. When a problem arose with the belt, the Velcro wouldn't stay closed, I called for a solution and they sent a new one no questions asked! Great products and Great customer service!

    Regrets, Live and Learn

    I gave away my first vibration plate after 5 years. Nothing wrong with it but in a moment of weakness I did it. Two days later I missed it so much I purchased another one. I enjoy the ease of using the vibration plate.

    Two questions: I’m a 70 year-old female with newly developed osteoporosis. Is there data supporting improved bone density by using a vibration plate? Which one would be better the waiver or the pro model? Also, I have an 86 year-old male friend who is interested in vibration plates as well. He has a pacemaker. Could this interfere with pacemaker function? We are both very active, I teach fitness classes 4x a week. My friend walks 3 miles a day.

    Yes! Vibration plates can help improve bone density by stimulating bone growth. The Rumblex series is best for osteoporosis, but the Waver still offers benefits. For your friend, vibration plates usually don’t interfere with pacemakers, but he should check with his doctor first. Both of you being active makes this a great addition! ?

    What is the range of frequency and amplitude?

    The frequency range of the Rumblex Plus 4D vibration plate is 4-40 Hz, and the amplitude settings are 12mm, 1.5mm, and 8mm.

    I have lipedema and secondary lymphedema, as well as weak joints. I know oscillation is best for my conditions, so is there something else the Rumblex Plus offers that would help my condition more than the Waver, or would the Waver suffice?
