"Got this after experience at orthopedic sessions at a really good local firm. I have had both knees replaced and need to REALLY get with the program. (Hint: do NOT postpone replacement(s)). Once destruction has started the OE has to be replaced and then do followup ortho for recovery. I have things to take care/keep up with of (grand children--young)! Amazing how this is helping my balance and core/micro muscles fine tune. It's harder to get back into shape the older you get. DO IT!"
