You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If ever your unit has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. We don’t cover shipping costs for returns in this case. The item that you're returning should be repackaged with all the cords, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.

Solid Product - Bought 2 InfraGlow Red Light Therapy Lamps
This little lamp packs a punch! In our opinion, it works better than the expensive red light/blue light panel we bought a few years ago from the FSA store. I don't use the clip, I just hold the lamp to whatever I want to treat, and it works fine. It doesn't have a timer; however, I would rather set a timer on my phone and have something that penetrates than a fancy little panel that has a timer but does nothing. We ended up buying an additional one for my daughter who is running track in college. She was injured in practice and had her knee scoped and I'm happy to say, she's back running after a month of healing. I think it helped her heal.

Lamp is Very well constructed
The Infraglow lamp seems quality made. I didn't like that it was shipped with no protection, but LED's do not break like incandesent or flourescent bulbs... It worked right out of the box, but the clip needs more grip and possibly need support if you are placing it where it can be bumped. I plan on adding some rubber cushion to the inside clips, and maybe a brace of some sort. I am using it about 12" above a cat's head who has a growth originating from a sinus polyp, that no vet or holistic vet were able to cure. Of all my research the minimum cost for a quality built infraRed system would start at over $400.00. This system appears to be a very good start to red & infrahead healing. Thank You!
